There is about an additional 8 hours of pre-training preparations for the instructor to become acquainted with your business, to include: major revenue streams, profit trends for the last few years, marketing and sales strategies, major\n operational activities, understanding the key elements of your business strategy, and discussions with key executives about the most significant challenges facing your business.  This preparation is necessary for us to customize the workshop instruction to address your most pressing needs and opportunities.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
