The late Peter Drucker said, \u201cCulture eats strategy for breakfast.\u201d There has been much written on exactly what Drucker meant when he said that. The prevailing conclusion is that Drucker was not discouraging the formulation of a good strategy, but instead he was emphasizing the fact that culture is more powerful than strategy. It has been observed that a company with the right culture and a mediocre strategy will be more successful than a company with a great strategy and the wrong culture. Are these classical business\n metrics the best measurements of better culture, or are they only symptoms that OBE has made improvements in its culture, and that culture should be measured more directly in other ways?
